Weather:
Rain in first 45 minutes, then partly to mostly cloudy; 73-84 degrees; fair
visibility with haze; winds westerly 8-16 mph, gusting to 28 mph

Raptor Observations:
Another 3 Mississippi Kites today: two unaged at 2:05 pm daylight time with
some Broadwings and Turkey Vultures, and the third at 2:50 pm, a probable
adult.  One of the Bald Eagles was a juvenile. Latest Merlin ever by a day.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
