Today, I mostly confined myself to our yard. Nevertheless, there were all sorts of birds to enjoy... and they seemed to have stayed all day.

Of note:
Canada Warbler
Bay-breasted Warbler
Blackpoll Warblers (numerous)
American Redstart (at least four)
Northern Parula
Black-throated Green Warbler
Red-eyed Vireo (2)
One, possibly two, White-breasted Nuthatch fledglings begging for food.
Two Carolina Chickadee fledglings outside of their nesthole begging for food as well.

This evening before sunset, I did a quick hike around Greenbury Point. There, dozens of Indigo Buntings and a half dozen Blue Grosbeak kept me entertained. White-eyed Vireos, Yellow-breasted Chats, Common Yellowthroats, Caspian Tern, Eastern Towhee and a Prairie Warbler all made appearances.

Good Birding,
