Hi All,

Marty Cribb and I arrived 5 minutes after Jim saw the Purple Gallinule 
and we stayed for several hours with no luck.  We left for a little 
while for lunch and returned briefly to find nothing new.  We also tried 
for the Dickcissels on Turner Road with an equally poor showing.  We did 
see 3 or 4 Grasshopper Sparrows and 1 Eastern Meadowlark which are 
always a treat.  After re-reading the post about the Dickcissels, I 
guess we spent most of our time on the wrong section of road!  So they 
are probably still there just unseen by us.
