I am posting the birds I saw this morning at the following sections of the Prettyboy watershed which included the Thinned area , edge of clear cut area and the clear cut area off the fireroad.

The first thinned area I watched this section just from the fireroad for about twenty minutes.

I saw and heard the following birds.

American Crows
Pileated Woodpecker
Chipping Sparrow seen on the fireroad itself
Cardinal
American Godlfinches
Red Eyed Vireo
Wb Nuthatch - five were on one tree together
Pine Warbler - several heard
Titmouse - 4 chasing each around a tree
Carolina Chickadees
Ovenbirds
Eastern Pewee

On the edge of the clear cut area, I sat and watched the clear cut area for about 30 minutes. Listening and watching the birds seen at the edge and on the clearing itself.

Mourning dove
Yellow billed cuckoo
American Crows
Ovenbirds
Cardinal
Brown headed Cowbirds
WB Nuthatch
Great Crested Flycatcher
Pine Warbler
Eastern Pewee
American Goldfinches
Red Eyed Vireo
Catbird
