This is a late post from Monday evening, but didn't have time to download my pictures until now. The previously reported Mississippi kite did a circling flyover at 6:15 pm Monday.
I also photographed a least bittern in flight. With so many green herons around, I was skeptical, but my first impression of bittern was confirmed by photos showing its tan wing coverts and the white line. Three juvenile hooded mergansers were nearby.
