Hi All,

Yesterday, I made a quick trip to Point Lookout State Park (suspecting, 
but not knowing about the fallout the day before because of internet 
issues) and discovered an adult Lesser Black-backed Gull.  It was on the 
rocks with many other gulls on the Potomac side all the way down at the 
point.
