At the Turkey Point Hawk Watch, we have found a plastic screw-in cap that
screws into the front hinge of a pair of binoculars to cover the tripod
adaptor threading. John Taylor took it in and can bring it to our next club
meeting (December 1, 7 p.m). If you need it sooner, please let me know and
I'll give your contact information to John.

 

This is our last week for the hawk watch. If you want to come out over the
weekend, we have observers scheduled through Saturday.
