The primary landowner here is John Kershner, DDS, who has a very
successful practice in Frederick and is an active missionary for SDA
who travels the world establishing dental clinics for the church.
Also a master woodworker (specialty is wooden bowls) and a
photographer.  Avid hiker (the AT runs right in back of his house).
As you can see, we spent a LOT of time talking when I visited the pond
looking for the cackling goose back in November.  He's delightful to
talk with and a good amateur naturalist himself.  Ask about his
travels and you'll be friends for life.

BUT ... he is very particular about not parking on the turf.
