Tuesday's forecast calls for "winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 
mph." Birding in windy conditions is often challenging. I know there are 
no guarantees of seeing the VIWA any day, but I'd rather not drive two 
hours each way if the weather makes my odds  worse than usual. What do 
you all recommend -- go tomorrow, or wait for a calmer day?
