Spoke to a woman who saw a pure white Harry Potter owl Sat AM perched atop a tree in her backyard. It flew before a photo could be taken, and has not been seen again.

I'll not give her address, but she lives on the Magothy River in Severna Park, MD. 

This is everything I know for now.
