Weather:
Alternating between cloudy skies with brief showers and brighter skies with
a few rays of sunshine; 43-50 degrees; excellent visibility; winds
westerly, 10-16 mph

Raptor Observations:
A few migrants when the skies brightened, but the bright spots didn't last
long

Non-raptor Observations:
A Brown Thrasher, singing mightily, took quick cover when a Cooper's Hawk
flew too close.  Spring Peepers would suddenly burst into calling when the sky
would brighten and the sun would break through.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
