I had the day off work today and used it to walk from Silver Spring, MD
down into Rock Creek Park.  Here are highlights:

*Beach Drive NW bridge  - Valley Trail to Pine Trail*
Eastern Phoebe - nesting under Beach Drive NW bridge
Northern Parula - (4)
Yellow-throated Vireo - (3) (one seen, two heard)
Ovenbird (2) - Pine Trail
Blue-gray Gnatcatchers - everywhere

*Beach Drive NW bridge to Boundary Trail to Grubb Rd.*
Wood Thrush - (2)
Great-crested Flycatcher - 1
More Parula and one more Yellow-throated Vireo
