A dicksissel was singing both in the morning and afternoon along Westerly Rd. W of Poolesville.  This was the same area where first one then two dicksissels stayed for most of the summer last year.  The bird was on the N. side of the road about mid-way between Edwards Ferry and W. Willard Rds.
