This afternoon around 4 PM, Dave Brenneman and I found the Alder Flycatcher at the Howard Conservancy.  From the parking lot, walk west past the barn (on your right) down the hill.  The path will bear left (going toward Route 99) and then end in about 100 yards.  Continue straight into the brush for 25-50 yards.  The Alder Flycatcher was flying back and forth up the rise to your left.  Dave got many pictures and heard it vocalize the the "free beers."  I only heard the short song.
