Birded Meadowbrook this afternoon and it is awash with babies. A family group of Northern-rough wing swallows which were fun to observe.

Baltimore Orioles with a nest of young, Warbling Vireos singing non-stop. A pair of Blue Grosbeaks bathing in the stream. Hope they nest successfully.

A fun moment when I said “This looks like a great place for a snake” and there she was! Too bad I didn’t have my camera ready so I only got a quick shot before she disappeared.
