Shorebirders - I ventured over to the Easton facilities for a brief visit
this morning, from 10:00 to 11:45. Findings:
	Greater Yellowlegs 1
	Lesser Yellowlegs 1
	Killdeer 17
	Semipalmated Plover 7
	Spotted Sandpiper 9
	Pectoral Sandpiper 7
	Upland Sandpiper 1
		- This bird appeared on a grassy part of the settling pond near the north
end, and stayed there for about 1/2 hour (from 10:45 to 11:15). When I
glanced over there shortly after 11:15 the bird was gone - I did not see it
leave.

	Least Sandpiper 40
	Western Sandpiper 10
Swarm of peeps - mostly Semipalmated (200)

The Facility staff indicated intentions to let a few inches of water into
the 'close to dry' settling pond - may have even done so this afternoon -
so this may give the shorebirds a more attractive place to visit for at
least the next week or so.
